Customer service/front desk was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself was terrible. Dead bugs in the bath and fridge after it just being serviced, kitchen was dirty, beds hard like cardboard, and the whole placed smelled of cigarettes. Not even close to worth the price.

The worker was great just hotel needs updating ac unit never felt like it was actually cooling. Bait traps in corners of room floor was sticky and my feet after showering was dirty not good

I enjoyed staying at the hotel The resident and front desk is what makes that place.for the price. It’s a pretty decent hotel. On the sidenote, it did have roaches, but they were spraying for them while we was there

On 4 separate occasions I was confronted with a crawling roach. This was reported atat front desk a12:30pm when I returned to my room at 10:30pm I found my room door # 112 ajar with the lights on in the room. The was locked when I left and lights were turned off earlier when I left out for the day.

Upon arrival Sean was working the desk. He had such a wonderful smile and was very welcoming. He let us see the room before when checked in. He was great. If there is anything we need the staff has been very helpful. We are enjoying our stay.

Low cost, no amenities.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed five nights for $112 per night so my expectations were not high. We chose the property because of the location. There was no daily room cleaning, so fresh towels and such were available from the desk. The room was accessible with plenty of grab bars, however with only a tub and no roll-in shower. The property was nestled in the trees off the main road and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were lumpy and past their prime.

Stay away - far away!
This hotel needs a renovation asap! My room condition was terrible. Whatever they used to clean the room made my dog sick. He threw up all night the first night. The second night he had diarrhea! I had to take him to the er vet. I mistakenly thought it would be a nice hotel since the logo made it appear that way. I hated my stay!!!!

This was one of the worst hotels we wver stayed in. In fact we stayed just 2 hrs and checked out. Forget the spartan accomodarions in the room, forgot no lamp.but one switch fro wceiling spot lights, forget the plumbing not working or the bed on a cot like metal frame, it was all.of it put together. Keep the money. Never again

I had low expectations, but two cockroaches later, the room smelling like animal urine and smoke (it was a nonsmoking room), needless to say I was stuck two night due to my work situation and the cost was reasonable considering it was memorial weekend. I would have felt more comfortable at a campsite. I won’t be booking this year r this brand hotel again.

The rooms were old and horrendous. The room showed to us looked like it had a mattress thrown on a cot - awful smell. The place should be condemned (and and I am not one to post criticisms of hotels). We canceled the room and went elsewhere. We feel that we were totally misled by the posted reviews. The check in clerk was very friendly and willing to cancel our room. I would not be advertising this hotel - very bad for your reputation.

Just the Basics
This hotel has a bit of a YMCA or dorm vibe. Furnishings are very basic; you have to pay to get a kitchen kit, so bring your own if you can (coffee pot, utensils, plates, dish soap, pans.). You turn in your own laundry and there's a $25 charge for losing your plastic key. Maid service is weekly, I believe. Very basic, but the price and location are great. I am an elderly single woman and I felt safe there, even though it's a very busy place. Good bed, always hot water, lots of TV channels. Friendly staff. I'd stay there again.
