Unsafe layout of room.
I think the rooms in cheyenne are unsafe. There is a table blocking a clear path to the bathroom and stubbing your toe at 2am is not fun. Yes i kept the bathroom light on but i still stubbed my toe on the way back. One unsteady older person would fall and injure.themselves!

Ok for an emergency
Adequate for what I needed but very poorly maintained. Surprising for a newer hotel on the north side. Walked in after 5 to get checked in, nobody was around. Probably a 15-20 minute wait before someone showed up. After that, it was the easiest check I've ever had at a hotel, didn't sign anything at all, not asked about vehicle, pet, just handed the keycards and that was it. The room itself was well used, the heater unit switched from cold to hot and ran constantly. The room itself was really cold when we walked in. There was no tray for the little coffee machine they had in the room. In the morning the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, just the basics and none of the extras. It had snowed the night before (the reason we stayed in town) and after 8am they had not cleared the sidewalks, and the parking lot had not been plowed. Overall, not very well maintained.

Long post alert. My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. After landing in Denver, CO., we were making our way back to Casper, WY. where we live. Because of the long flight we were both pretty tired and instead of driving the 4 hours back home and taking the risk of falling asleep at the wheel, we decided to make a reservation thru hotels.com and spend the night at the comfort suites. As usual, making the reservation was easy. When we got to the hotel, the young man(Zach was his name I believe) was very courteous as I told him about my reservation. He proceeded to apologize and tell me that he didn’t have any rooms available. I mentioned to him that I made my reservation thru hotels.com. He then told me that some of his rooms weren’t clean and but he would find a room for me and my wife. After some time, he came back to the front desk and checked us into a room. He began to apologize because he was the one who made our king sized bed and explained that it wasn’t going to perfect. No worries from us. When we got off the elevator, we noticed that there were 3 different piles of dirty towels on the hallway floor. We went into our room and the place was filthy. I hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting. There was feces in the toilet and the sink was very dirty. There must’ve been a dog or cat in the room because there was pet hair all over the place. We were so tired from our trip, we just wanted a place to lay our head.
