Perfect location for a city stay. Staff were super friendly and nothing was ever so much trouble. Checkin was super easy as was check out and they were happy to hold my bags whilst I did my final little bit of exploring!

Great location! It is walkable to a lot of downtown attractions. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent, but nothing over the top. Bathroom is a little small, but functioned fine and had good water pressure in the shower. Rooms and common areas were clean. I’ve stayed here 2 times now and will continue to do so in the future.

Not worth the money or your time
Rooms are extremely small. When I asked to upgrade I was told to ask the next day (the day I wanted to start the upgrade). When I asked the next day they said they were sold out. I should have been accommodated and feel I was pushed aside. Next the elevator broke down, and it took a half hour to exit the Hotel.

The elevator broke on day one so we had to wait long periods of time to get up to and leave and room. There was no fridge in the room had to ask for one. The staff were great but no to the hotel again
