We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and a few blocks away from the Subway to get to the Cubs game. Staff was fantastic and the restaurant at the hotel had a wonderful breakfast. We will be back for sure.

The bedroom has a curtain in it, which I found out. Turns out it opens to reveal a huge window into the shower and bathroom. So if you want to see whoever you are staying with poop, this is a great place. The shower has no door to it and water just splashes and pours onto the floor. It is a nightmare of a hotel and I would recommend it to no one.

Its a beautiful hotel in the middle of Chicago in a lovely neighborhood. The bathroom design is very odd. It is a glass wall that you can see through to the bedroom through the shower with the curtain on the bedroom side so you better trust your roomate!!!

It was Okay
The customer service was excellent. I was able to check in early. The hotel was clean. I loved the shower! The water pressure was good and the shower is spacious. I wish they had better lighting in the rooms. There is no microwave on the premises and the room refrigerators are filled with items the hotel is trying to sell to the guests. They have rooms with balconies but guests are not allowed to use them and they still have not adjusted the room prices to reflect this change. They only have valet parking and parking is 65 dollars a day. They offer transportation to and from the airport but you have to pay over 100 dollars per ride. Overall my stay was okay.
