Staff was very nice. The parking was difficult. We had a truck and wanted to valet because my husband walks with a cane. We arrived around 930 pm and were told by valet guy that we would have to park our truck in a garage three blocks away on our own. Had a hard time finding it and then my husband had to walk 3 blocks didn’t think he would make it. Then found out when we checked out the day valet said that they do valet park trucks in the same garage we had to self park. But loved everything else.

The staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially when I was double charged due to an a mix up with double booking the exact same room through Expedia who still charged me half the price for a booking I thought was void. When I tried to explain to the customer representative he didn’t really care to hear what I had to say. So, make sure you don’t run into the same problem.
