Our room was given away and by the time we checked in after traveling all day the only room available was a “a high occupancy room.” I had no idea what that meant but I agreed just so we could check in. This room was an absolute joke. It was a roll away bed in a large EMPTY room. I’m not joking there was no other furniture. Beyond disappointed

everything was nice. card service didnt work most of the time. arrived ewrly and had to wait to get room or psy $50 so waiting in lobby. no fridge in room but they brought one up for us to borrow.

I ended up staying at the Hilton after a frustrating day where my connecting flight out was cancelled so had to find a room at the last minute. . Staff is friendly and made me feel very welcome
