Front desk was great. Room was a little on the small side but there was just 2 of us and we only stayed 2 days so it was fine. I would recommend this if you’re doing anything at wintrust arena! We were able to walk there in about 15 min

The hotel was clean but I just didn’t like the slob smell when I came into the room. I didn’t like the fish smell that was on the towels. It doesn’t seem like they washing them in bleach or detergent.

The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly and very clean rooms. There was a lot of food options and shopping in Chinatown 😊❤️ I will definitely stay here again!!

Good stay at Jaslin

Good stay. Clean room and friendly staff. Good location in the chinatown area. No hotel parking. It would have been nice if the hotel notified me in advance that 1) there is no hotel parking so I should use the public parking(and that most restaurants validate parking) and 2) there is a spot to pull up your car briefly to the hotel to unload your stuff. I would stay again.

I have stayed at this facility before the staff is always very nice. The rooms the lobby everything exceptionally clean very clean. It’s just a pleasure to relax there. This is the best value in the Chicago area.
