One of the better hotels l've stayed at. Located in a beautiful touristy part of Chicago, most things were in walking distance and I loved it. Additionally, the staff was very kind and accommodating, even allowing me to check in earlier. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!

London house was great, they worked hard to get us a room to check into earlier because our flight got in at 5am. Great location woukd DEFINITLY stay here again! The bellhop was the sweetest guy, so nice, with a smile, helpful, and kind our whole stay. The valet was gray east to text for car pickup. Front desk was very acomodatingbfor water bottles so that was helpful! The only things I didn’t like was our bill wasn’t ready at checkout, you can’t get a rooftop reservation at night even if you are a hotel guest they should save some tables to accommodate guests, and the rooms can be noisy from street noise, river boats, car horns etc.
