Had an unexpected layover with a short night to catch sleep before returning to the airport. Booked based on price and the awaiting shuttle. Price was acceptable. I just spent 4 hours after arriving at the airport at midnight. The room was clean and the staff member was nice. I was requested to wake me up by 5 morning time to schedule the shutter bus to drop me off back at the aorport. Timing was great and appreciated.

Great friendly staff, quick check in, prompt airport shuttle, roomdespite being worn with stained carpet and bedspread, had plenty of towels, room lamps, was given requested quiet room, shampoo/ lotion provided, clean sink/tub/toilet, had a room safe and tv ( fair image quality at best). The hotel location is in middle of nowhere, industrial, dark, remote from restaurants except for a Subway and a couple of local restaurants that delivered. Breakfast was fair with waffle iron, fruit, yogartjuice. Coffee was poor. Price was reasonable. In many countries this would be rated a good quality hotel. For USA not so good. Motel 6 -like ) motel six next door)

I was most impressed by the front desk folks. They were quick and efficient. When checking out in the morning and waiting for the airport shuttle, the fellow working at the front desk had to deal with a patron who was being charged for cooking in his room. The front desk person was very kind and patient, but firm in explaining the fee and situation and still trying to help the person who had broken the rules. It was very good service I a bad situation. I’d hire this guy for customer service any day. The hotel is worn and not the most modern. The room was clean but dated. Breakfast had waffles, fruit, and coffee as advertised. I’d stay here again for a short overnight, but might like something a little nicer for a longer stay.
