Passing through Chico and stayed here. Staff were all very personable, helpful, and just very very nice. They took care in making sure I was comfortable and settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. If ever in Chico again this is my spot.

Our stay was exceptional - it far ceded our expectations. The hotel was recently renovated and everything feels brand new. The rooms were large, well equipped and SO CLEAN. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Most important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

I have had several staycations at Oxford Suites. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and polite. Very professional. On one visit a gentleman introduced himself to me and we had a wonderful conversation about the Hotel and my overall satisfaction with things. He was dressed nicely, not a suit and tie but definitely professional. I asked later if he was the manager. The front desk informed me that he was the maintenance man. I was blown away by the fact that every employee from the top down wanted to be sure that I was happy and comfortable during my stay. Simply amazing. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this amazing hotel and experience the amazing hospitality that seems to be perfectly natural for everyone. You won’t regret it.
