The room towels were white and you could see they were dirty with black marks. We had to go buy linens to use cause the ones in there were itchy. There was a bunch of ants outside of the room.

Where to start? From the bed springs poking my ribs, grey towels, water damaged laminate flooring so bad that the refrigerator door wouldn’t open, the crackhead next door making racket past 4 am, two chairs one rolling desk chair and no desk, and oh the cockroaches that scatter when the lights are turned on.

The proprietor is friendly, efficient and opened up breakfast early to take care of cyclists riding the Chico Wildflower. Most accommodating. Also had helpful fertilizing tips. Two thumbs up.

You get what you pay for
Customer service was great! Very friendly staff during check in. We asked for and iron and extra pillows during our stay and they brought the items over quickly without a fuss. We had a carport to our room that had cigarette butts all around the doorway and debris all around; a quick sweep was needed. The room itself was clean, but very out dated. Shower curtain rod was off the wall the night we got there, but the cleaning staff took care of it, without us asking. The lowest rating I would give is for the bed and heater unit. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, felt like you were sleeping in the floor and the heater /ac unit was super loud and kept going off like every 5 minutes.
