Ces chambres sont réservées pour les clients qui réservent par l’entremise de sites de réservation autres que l’établissement. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre non rénovée, fournis, porte non étanche et aucune luminosité dans la chambre. Je ne recommanderais pas.

The property is in a unique location with great access to the canyon. Check in was acceptable. The original rooms were located in back of the office with unpleasant odors. The front desk person reassigned us to accessible rooms in the front that were acceptable. This location has one on-site cafeteria that offers limited food selections at an average quality. The morning front desk manager was busy and less than customer oriented.

Close to perfect
The room was nice, had a faint unidentifiable smell, AC worked very well. Area is beautiful, cafeteria on grounds with good food and was open until 9 p.m. Front desk would not provide more than 2 k-cups for the room coffee pot but did offer coffee from their pot which was aweful, tasted burnt at 7:20 a.m.

During our 1st night of stay we were at the room with barely water coming out of faucet and no hot water in early morning. We thought that they’re conserving the water for there were posted sign at the wall regarding water conservation. Then when we came back in the evening after our hike, the card won’t work to open the door and we found out that they’re moving us out to another room due to water leakage. The 2nd night room looks good with great water flowing and with hot water on our entire stays. Staff were nice and helpful.
