Accomodation was acceptable, concierge staff very helpful & friendly. Happy to help out all the time. Rooms were cleaned late afternoon ~ used to have rooms cleaned in the mornings. Sometimes when we got back at around 3pm, rooms not done, we put DND sign as we just wanted to relax a couple of hours to be then refresh & go out for dinner

Not very friendly staff. No stable supply of hot water in the tap. Overall would not come back.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff....walking distance to shopping centres, eateries, night markets and sky train. Great central location.
