The actual room was very clean and tidy. That said the chair at the desk in the room was broken at the base and the back sonjnable to be used. Yes there is free parking but it is very limited and restricted to about 8 small cars which is fine if listed in the ad and you know you will have to park on the street.. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

There is a 2 metres by 2 metres outdoor area with no view. The receptionist is also the staff who cleans up the room. Although the hotel offer luggage storage facility, I was asked to collect my luggage before 1:30pm on my departure date. It was so inconvenient as my flight was after 6pm. Generally speaker, it is a nice hotel in the area.

I'm amazed at the good reviews written for this location. My experience was quite different. This hotel shares its front entrance with a dive bar and when I arrived there were impaired individuals in close proximity. Garage entrance is down a narrow back alley. Took several trips around the block to determine the hotel entrance was between a 7 day a week clinic and run down bar. When I checked on the room it was subpar at best. Location did not feel safe and asked if there were any other Best Westerns I could transfer my reservation to. Staff was not helpful and refused to help and I ended up paying for the room and reserving a room at a safer location. All the good reviews must have been by hotel staff. Beware.

Hotel Location is fine, a little bit out of the city area. Plenty of dining options close by and a supermarket across the road. Room is modern, with a small balcony area. Unfortunately our room smelt of cigarette smoke (most likely from someone smoking on the balcony with the door open. Car parking is down an alley (behind some restaurants) and the smell was horrible even in the parking garage. Room cleanliness was ok, not sure if the floor had been vacuumed or if the carpet was just stained. Overall stay was ok, but think you can do better for a similar price.

I did not like anything- the place felt like it was one of those properties in an alleyway. It looked nothing like the pictures I saw online when I booked. The receptionist who was the only person we interacted with was horrible right from check-in to check-out. He was never hospitable or engaging. At checkout he accused us that they were missing a plate in the room- 2 minutes after we had left. We came back only for him to say oh it’s sorted. Never going back there of referring anyone. It was disappointing.
