This was a great place to stay. Older property offerring excellent value for money. It is a two storey property. If you do t want to do the stairs, make sure you are booked on the ground floor. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The only negative was the bed. Two singles had been put together so there was a really uncomfortable hard seam down the 'middle' where the bed edges were. A good mattress topper would probably solve this.

It was very noisy. We had to put up with some loud music and traffic noise late at night. Their fridge was old and made so much noise throughout the night as well.

Good location, a bit tired
Great location for shoes at the arena, just a 10 minute walk. Property itself is dated, no ventilation in bathroom so evidence of black mould on the ceiling. Sofas ripped, cupboard fronts dirty. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t use it as a holiday stay.
