Friendly staff, very clean and wrll presented accomodation. A rock concert in a part nearby produced some noise but after it finished quiet and peaceful.

A great location 30 minutes walk from city centre through Hagley Park. Ideal for anybody visiting for cricket. Also just 15NZD per person for a more than adequate breakfast, which will be delivered to the room the evening before.
