The property was in a great location and had ample off-street parking The staff were friendly, but I only had my room serviced once, including changing wet towels, even though I asked three times. Only blemish for this hotel otherwise it was just what I needed for my short stay.

Loved the size of the apartment. Excellent queen bed. Close to all the amenities we needed. Good range of equipment including washing powder, dishwasher tablets and a stocked Nespresso machine. The unit was also available before the 3pm deadline.

This hotel is central and everything. We could park the car and walk everywhere. The staff allowed us to park the car two hours early and leave it two hours after check out, which allowed us the see more of Christchurch. The room was a decent size and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was centrally situated in this beautiful city. Very safe . Beds were very comfortable, bedding and room were very clean, Only one chair in our double room. A small step into the bathroom, which was easy to trip on, or cut your toes,on the shap edge.

The location was great. It was located near many restaurants and within a short walk to grocery stores. The tram rumbled the building a bit, but stopped running around 11 pm, so it wasn't too bad. The one-bedroom unit was a very good size. Only downsides were: Sink drained slowly. Shower door leaked, a lot. Other item to improve is that there is a window from the living room to the bedroom that does not have a shade. It would be ideal to either remove this window or add a black-out shade to it so that the living room can have light that doesn't shine in the bedroom. The staff were really nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
