Although the air conditioning system was not working properly, my room was cool. Staff did everything they could to provide fans for guest. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

We arrived and learned the air conditioning was not working. Made my reservation months ago. Found out from another hotel that their AC had been out all summer. No one ever attempted to contact us so we could cancel in a timely manner in order to find a working hotel. Very stressful after a 7 hour drive.

Hotels.com will rip you off

There was no stay. The hotel had an accident earlier in day and had no air conditioning or even the ability to open windows. I had to stay elsewhere. I called Hotels.com within twenty minutes and I had a signed note from hotel that I could get a refund without penalty. Then, over the next several days I was lied to repeatedly by hotels.com while they “f me over” and stole my time during trip. I had charge reversed by American Express. If I have ANY additional trouble from Hotels.com you are 100% assured that I will litigate and that I will win

I stayed in mid-August, the architecture of the hotel is very beautiful, but the staff and the condition of the hotel are terrible, on the day of my check-in they called me and said that the air conditioning not working, you can cancel the reservation, but it was too late and not possible, I decided to stay, it was very hot, the bathroom was in terrible condition, when taking a shower, all the water splashes over the bathroom, the shower did not have protective glass or a curtain, I tried to talk to the staff so that they gave me another room, but zero attention, after studying the reviews of people who stayed in this hotel before, they had problems with air conditioning for a long time and they simply did not inform people about it, If possible, avoid this hotel!

The shuttle to the Cleveland Clinic dropped us off a block away. When we call to return, they showed up at the wrong site. We called. They said they were on their way, but they never showed and we had to walk to the hotel. There were no tissues, shampoo or air conditioning. We had to ask several times for tissues, shampoo, and towels. The only saving grace was a lady working in the restaurant, and her name was Cathy. We will not be staying here again.!!!!!

In Cleveland for a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic. This hotel could not have made our stay better! From the comfortable rooms to complementary shuttle service back-and-forth between the hotel and clinic, the Tudor Arms is a five out of five for me!

Absolutely the worst service. When I realized that there was no air conditioning in my room and it was oppressively hot in the room I asked the front desk employee to move me to a room with air conditioning. I was told that none were available and my choices were to take the room I had or find a different hotel to stay at. I had a confirmed reservation but that didn’t matter. Terrible staff!!!

Nice place!

A beautiful place to stay and a great price. They did call and let us know that a drunk driver took out some electrical that affected the air and we could opt out of staying with a full refund. We had no choice as we had surgery at Cleveland Clinic the next morning. It was a little more than warm in the room but they did supply a fan! There were a couple of light bulbs out but nothing serious. The room was very nice, although the shower did let enough water into the room to require a towel to dry it.

Not only did the A/C not work our room was not ready by 4. Oh and still paid $215 to sweat for the night. I would never book a room there again.
