Hidden gem.
Recently remodeled (very impressed with quality of work) very clean all the basic comforts you need. Bed firm, large TV, cable with hbo channels. Very friendly staff.

Great value spot for KC visit
Clean with convenient location to KC. Towels weren’t the nicest and there was a laminate floor instead of carpet. Bed spring creaked. Bathtub floor was kinda uneven.

Had hair thru out room,sheets were full of stains pillow cases too the comforter had cigarette burns and black stains all over it there was hair all over the cup in the little coffee machine stains in their bathtub there's a bunch of trash throughout the room it's like they didn't even really make an effort if we weren't so exhausted we would have left we just got a few hours sleep and got the hell out of there scared that we might have caught bed bugs..

The property was clean as was the room. The towels were tiny and not even as good as seen in cheaper motels plus several were stained. Stairs to the 2nd story rooms were metal tread and during a rain would be a safety hazard without traction pads. To be fair the motel was renovating the 2 story building so here's hoping they plan to upgrade the stairs for the sake of kids or older people.

Reliably nice place to stay!
I am in the area very frequently and this is always a great choice - all the rooms are recently remodeled and they have comfy beds! Love that each room has a fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking & convenient location!

The room was clean and the beds were really very comfortable. They're working on renovations so there was some construction noise but they didn't start unreasonably early. I would definitely stay again

The 2 story section of this motel has been remodeled and is in great shape. Very comfortable beds & pillows. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. We are in our late 70's and really appreciated the non slip bath mat in the bathtub. This was our first time at this motel and will definitionally stay here when we come back to the area for a wedding in September.

Decent motel
Was not bad for the price. The king room we reserved was out of order. Possibly damaged by recent storms, I did not ask. Motel is also going through some renovations. The room we got was a double queen, and had just been redone. It had a bit of a new paint smell, but it was newly painted. Room was plenty spacious, but could have used more than one chair to sit in. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was adequate. Location was good, easy access from the highway. Several amenities for gas, restaurants, and retail are close and easy to get to. Overall I gave 4 stars. If our reserved room had been available, and they weren't in the middle of renovations, I would have likely given 5 stars. Will definitely stay here again of the need arises.
