Stayed one night on a trip to get a new puppy and for the price…wow. This is a fantastic hotel. I was particularly impressed by the full size kitchen which included dishes, pots and pans, and a full-size stove. And two coffeemakers! The room was very clean as well and the bed was nice and comfy. The only real complaint I had was that I could not control the HVAC unit’s fan to use it as white noise, but apart from that, I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the promise of a handicapped room when I was disappointed. The walk in shower definitely needs safety grab bars near the whoer head! I could not use the shower because I had nothing to hold onto. The toilet, watebasket, toilet tissue holder were much too close together. I did check on the final confirmation that I needed the room to be serviced. It wasn't the first night. We came back from dinner to find wet towels and an unmade bed. We did tell the desk and it was served the next few days. I think your entrance foyer needs to be redesigned. It is very cold and unwelcoming. The desk manager was different every time and some of them were n't very friendly.

Hot water was only Luke warm at times. Highway noise if you get a room facing the highway. Heater would not turn off so room was too warm. Staff was helpful and friendly.
