The casino/hotel is good. However, it was not mentioned that there is no servicing of the rooms at all unless you stay more than 3 nights. You can call housekeeping if you need more towels, coffee etc but there is no mention of this anywhere in the room or when you check in. Also I thought that you paid at the hotel when you arrived but they charged for one night at the time I made the reservation a month ahead of my arrival.

Love the instant hot water in the bathroom and shower!!! The motion sensor lights under the end tables next to the bed were a very nice touch. The room did have water damage to the bathroom door. Bathroom could use an upgrade

Haven't been here in a few years and a bit has changed. Rooms were updated which is nice. Having to show my i.d Everytime I went to my room was a bit annoying at times....the buffet re opened which is awesome so we went on Thursday around 5:15pm but it's a little smaller and the food was terrible....meats were DRY, Chinese food DRY, desserts ALL dry and stiff....the pizza was fresh though and the staff at the restaurant was extremely nice....pool was nice as always.

This place is perfect! We booked last minute on the day and got a great deal. The room we booked was large, spacious and had a lovely view of the trees. Comfy bed and large bathroom. The highlight here was the amazing friendly staff - we couldn’t believe how kind everyone was! Other visitors were also so friendly and we felt extremely safe here. We did briefly visit the casino which was great, with a great mix of restaurants and cafes. The pool and hot tubs were a great addition and we sat out and watched the sunset in the jacuzzi outside - absolutely beautiful! We used the small gym which had everything we needed for a quick work out. Fridge in room but no microwave, however this was not missed. Easy free onsite parking.
