Absolutely loved it! Live music outside when we arrived. Pool was amazing. Breakfast restaurant across the street and a steakhouse a block away. Staff so nice and room was immaculate! Definitely will be back!

Last minute trip
Even with it being a bit outdated everything was clean and cared for. The pool was nice and open 24 hours so our daughter was able to get a swim in even though we checked in late. Loved the log patio furniture on each porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t judge the room by the exterior! The hotel looks like is may have originally been an old motor inn, very retro look. the room is super cute, clean, updated and has a cabin/cottage decor.. Close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again

We were very satisfied with our stay at Big Bear Motel. The rooms are immaculate, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and they have a nice playground area for kids. On a Sunday night we were there, they had a one-man band, a guy helping kids rope a wooden bull, and a Shetland pony who rode around in a golf cart in the outdoor area. Our sons are grown, but they would’ve loved it as kids. This is a great place to stay; hopefully, we get back to Cody and can stay there again. Great value!!!

The motel was older but well maintained. The area was quiet. Our grandchildren had great fun in the pool. There were picnic tables outside so we had a snack out there. After supper the front desk person’s pony rode around the property in a golf cart to visit with the guests which was delightful. The kids were able to try roping the metal cow.
