Overall, my stay was fine. I had a difficult time figuring out the TV remote. The bathtub was peeling paint. The dog fee charge was too much for 2 little dogs. Renovation was nice but not complete.

Poor customer service. Waited at the counter while two phone calls were handled first. Popcorn spilled on the stairs and was there for hours. Breakfast did not offer much. No bagels or English muffins and off brand yogurt. Decor throughout very dated.

All the members of the staff were excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast provided plenty of options and tasted good. The facility itself is quite dated. The rooms very basic. It was clean and convenient. We felt safe. We do feel they needed heavier blankets on the bed, or at least a blanket easily assessable in the room to put on the bed if the customer wanted it. And we did want it. But no additional ones were available in the room. If someone just needed a basic room for an overnight stay, we could recommend this.
