I loved the amount of activities inside the hotel to broaden the stay especially for the kids. The activities were expensive so it would have been nice to have discounts for paying guests. The parking was expensive to add for each day & not convenient to unload unless you paid even more for valet/concierge services. All staff were pleasant & helpful given the busyness of the stay with the holiday.

The location of the hotel left much to be desired given it was the holidays. The hallway area smelled Iike mildew/wet carpet.

Fine hotel, but beware of staying during events
The hotel itself is beautiful when you enter. But from there, the rooms are just average. The food is very expensive and considering the size of the hotel and conference center, I expected more food options. My biggest complaint was that the hotel did not disclose that there was a huge expo going on that would have major impact on your stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit rude. The hotel ran out of parking for hotel guests because they parked all these visitors. The hotel was in pure madness in the lobby, lobby bar and all restaurants. The lines for food were outrageous and the wait at the elevators was so long. Overall, the hotel should give guests as heads-up so we can make informed choices to stay somewhere else.
