Very comfortable and spacious, but very obviously “just a bit tired”. Nothing bad but plumbing old, and hard to find power point on one side of the bed. Dining room quaintly old fashioned but ragu and roast very good. Service excellent.

We did not have toiletries in the room other than shampoo. No soap, no body wash, no conditioner. You couldn’t wash your hand after using the toilet.

Worst motel room we’ve had in 10 years, and we often stay in motels. Do not recommend. Staff were very friendly for pick up & drop off of keys. However, we are very surprised by all their high reviews. Stayed in March and bed had a HEAVY winter weight doona— no blanket or additional pillow option. Even with AC on, this was unacceptable. We were either cold or roasting. Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Bathroom and bedroom were covered in dust— hadn’t been properly cleaned for a very long time. Dozens of very old and dry flies, beetles & bugs everywhere and dust clouds when anything moved — especially evident when sunlight came n through the windows. Road noise (trucks) was also very loud. Caused significant sleep disturbances. We often stay in motels in small towns and despite the large room size, an Executive Queen it was not!
