Charged $100 deposit that they said would be refunded. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread, marks and large patches in the walls, broken lamps, bathroom door falling off hinges. Advised front desk immediately of pre-existing damage. Was told they would make a note of it. Mentioned again at check out. Nothing was noted. Called to ask why my bank shows $100 charge. No response.

Just was stopping in before flying out of Colorado Springs. Air conditioner was partially broken but still had cold air coming out. A lot of stains in the bathroom tubs and walls. Ice makers and juice machines at breakfast were not working. Quick stay to sleep only. wouldn’t stay more then 1 night

Opened the door to our room and gagged. The worst smelling run done disgusting place I have ever been in. Walked back out and went to my vehicle and booked rooms elsewhere not caring that I was just out the money for the 3 rooms that I booked there for two nights each. I honestly did not care that I was out over $800. This place should be shut down that is how disgusting it is. Gal at the front desk could not have been ruder when we were checking in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I’ve never checked out of a hotel so fast in my life. There were blood stains on the curtains and fecal stains on the shower curtain. The bed was broken and the bedding was torn. The chairs looked like they had been used often for “visits” as the staining was extremely evident. The carpet was dirty. Cars in the parking lot had busted windows. It was horrendous. Do not stay here!

Thought the reviews were exaggerating, but nope. Room smelled extremely strongly of smoke, there was no smoke detector at all, stains all over the bedsheets, curtains, and floors. Zero amenities worth speaking about. Check-in took forever, we were only given one towel for a king bed room, one of our keys didn’t work, the shower was falling apart. I could go on. Only saving grace was that we didn’t see any mice or bedbugs. Other bugs, sure, but no bed bugs.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude, it was like we were bothering her. The pool and hot tub were closed and the whole area looked creepy and dirty, the rooms were filthy, other peoples hair on the bed, the tan chair had black spots on it, the carpet was disgusting, the office chair had splatters of white something or another on it and their plugs are probably a fire hazard as my phone charger would fall all the way out or half way out. We stayed as we were tired but we were up and out of there by 7AM! Never again will I stay there!

This place is terrible! Broken bending ice machine, broken, hair dryer, the door is not good hard to open, Broken orange machine. No paper towel on the kitchen. The Kutchen is dirty. That property is very bad managment. The room is dirty.

Curtains covered only 1/2 the large window. When my wife & I had been driving all day we wanted to sleep, and the blinds only cover 20 inches on each side of the window leaving about 3 feet open in the middle FILLING THE WHOLD ROOM WITH LIGHT, NOT ALLOWING US TO SLEEP., same for night time, the parking lot lights shine brightly through the window making it hard to sleep. Also, there was NO HOT WATER in the breakfast area to mix with oatmeal or make tea with, we had to put cups in the microwave oven with water. At least there was a sink to access the water.

This hotel is not well-run. For the most part, it is clean, but it is not being kept up properly. There was damage in the room which had not been addressed: The paint on the toilet seat was nearly all gone. The fire alarm was damaged, the art on the wall was damaged, the curtains and sheets had holes in them. Two pillowcases were missing, and one had blood on it. The room had two coffee pouches, but no coffee maker. No microwave, no alarm clock. Two of us were registered for the room, but there was one hand towel and one washcloth for us to share. The pool had no towels, so we had to use our only two bath towels. We had 8 squares of toilet paper and no new rolls in the room. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, no milk, waffles, no butter, no syrup, muffins and juice. No napkins. Nothing in particular was terrible...it was just a ton of little annoying things. The guy smoking pot outside also made it less pleasant. The overall feeling of the place is that they just don't care, although one of the desk clerks was friendly. We had made reservations for three nights; we left after one.

It was a pretty good place to stay. Bed was really comfortable, the only thing I did not like was there were no hairdryer or microwave in the room. First night I had trouble sleeping because of people next door were too loud. But other than that it was a decent place to stay.

I was assigned a room and when I opened the door it smelled like someone just finished smoking marijuana right before. The TV was both broken and had no signal. I was assigned another room. This room had a broken door handle and the security latch had been removed. Towels in the bathroom were filthy. It looked like they were used to wipe the floor then hung up for me to dry off after a shower. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. The breakfast area ran out of all available food with an hour to go in the designated time. I also had to get my due access cards re-programmed three different times.

Lighting in room was sub-par--no lights in the center of the room where it was needed. Only sheets and a bed spread, no blanket. Typical motel mattress--really hard to sleep on. Three pillows were one-half the size of a normal pillow. Toilet and toilet seat looks to be designed from the 1950s--small and broken. Ironing board but no iron. (I requested an iron, and got it 40 minutes later.) Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Faded TV screen, and unable to put closed captions on TV. Vent director in air unit broken, but did put out cold air

I did not stay there. Upon arrival the guy at the front desk ask us to look at the room first to see if we wanted to stay there. We glanced at it and noticed it looked like someone had already stayed in it. They had some loud guests there also down the hall with lots of kids running in and out. He didn't check us in. Did you charge us for it?

Smelled like marijuana, area behind the hotel had a mattress and couch. People were out there sitting. Area was unsafe and the room was dirty. Holes in the comforter and sticky stains all over the place. We left after check in and stayed else where. The only cart to bring In luggage has a broken wheel. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bullet holes in my window and in walls inside the room tv didn't work tv in dinning area didn't work weird people knocking on door at night drug activity just seemed getto. Has a sec floor no elevated to get belongings up to room with a cart but they have one to use :( all the staff don't speak English or chose not to . It's just not a place I'll be going to again .

Parking is plenty. JOSH if found at reception then be prepared for a rude welcome. Pool is okay not so clean. Breakfast only has some coffee and juice. Rooms will have some broken stuff. Nothing like Quality Inn so be prepared to get for what you paid.
