The staff and the service was excellent. First time I stayed here and like better than the Broadmoor. A lot less crowded and very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful property with stunning views of the garden of the gods park & pikes park. We chose a villa style room that was close in proximity to the main building. Very large with a fireplace, sitting patio and very large bathroom. The bed, linens and pillow were extremely comfortable and the property was very quiet & relaxing. My only suggestion for improvement might be to provide a wireless Bluetooth speak or radio for guests who would like to listen to music, not everyone likes to watch TV. The main lodge building had a variety of food which varied from grab & go coffee shop to sit down formal dining. The main bar area & Grand room were very lovely in the evening to watch the sunset over Pikes Peak. My only complaint was the outdoor hot tub was not working or not hot so we could not use this amenity. The main building offered exercise classes such as yoga & cycling and had a small indoor hot tub. We enjoyed the fitness classes but the hot tub area was too busy for us. We used the steam room in the locker rooms. If the outdoor hot tub was working I would have rated 5 stars. I really this was a very excellent property for relaxing and we would stay here again,

Property, the grounds n the view is gorgeous. Our room facing garden of gods was breathtaking, room was clean, comfortable, they thought of all the details. However, the staff at the restaurant not so good. We were turned down a table despite many free tables because we did have reservations and asked to return an hour later. The tables remained free and unoccupied despite them insisting they were reserved. We complained to the front desk staff because day prior we were told no reservations necessary. Afterwards, the manager of the restaurant found us and offered us a table right away.

This was the best resort I have ever stayed in! My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our birthday in Colorado in the mountains. We wanted something relaxing and peaceful, as we're from Miami and wanted time away from the hustle and bustle (and heat!) of the city life. We recieved everything we were looking for and more in Colorado Springs at Garden of the Gods Resort! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the customer service could not have been better. Literally, from the moment we arrived till the second we left for the airport, we were greeted and treated like royalty. We ate at two of the restaurants (Grand View and Kissing Camels) and thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. The resort knew it was our birthday and went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated--even going as far as surprising us upon arrival with personalized hand-written birthday cards and a box of chocolates. We loved the room and the views were breathtaking! We have already decided we want to come back in the spring or summer and we will for sure stay at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. I highly recommend!!

I was just there during an epic snowstorm this Nov. Out of all of the luxury resorts that I have been to I have never come across a staff the was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The snow was coming down so hard on Colorado Springs that week that I was unsure if I'd be able to get to my car because I am from Los Angeles and not use to dealing with blizzard like conditions . Then I was pleasantly surprised when I looked out of my window to see a staff member cleaning an excessive amount of snow off of my car for me. I couldn't imagine any other resort doing that kind of thing for me. Other than that, the resort is beautiful. The rooms are large, cozy and homey. This place is definitely in my top 2 best resorts visited. #1 when it comes to the staff.

The inside & outside of the property was beautiful & well maintained. The view of the Garden of Gods park from the balcony was wonderful. The linens were good quality & everything about the rooms made the stay comfortable. The restaurants had very good food. The staff was very ready to take care of anything you might need. I appreciated the daily texts from the concierge to see if they could help with anything. There is usually at least 1 area lacking in most resorts but this one excels in all areas. I highly recommend this resort.
