I loved the convenient location for transport to all parts of the city; the staff were great-very kind and helpful. Great value for two sharing a room with ensuite. Took me a while to acquaint myself with the procedures for self-cooking, food storage etc in the communal kitchen and dining rooms, but people were helpful. Bed was really comfortable. No complaints!

Quality basic, cheap accomodation in city centre. Very comfortable bed. Clean, secure room with good basic amenities including own shower with hot water, TV, kettle and tea/ coffee/ generous milk supply. Very well located, close to Central Station with inhouse community kitchen/ laundry and good value restaurant next door. Staff helpful.

Fabulous location just next door to Sydney's city centre train station and transportation hub. Very convenient as a base for arriving late or leaving early. We had an ensuite room but shared bathroom and dormitory style also available. Breakfast was a little overpriced.

Decent hostel
Average hostel that’s pretty clean and comfortable. Some grime in the bathrooms - but I dare you to find me a hostel where that’s not also true. The big selling point here is the location - literally right next to Central Station (1 minute walk). Perfect for getting a ride to/from the airport, the blue mountains, or even up to Brisbane or down to Melbourne. Literally every transport option leaves from there. The hostel is big and accepts guests of all ages, so you have to wander the property a bit to meet people. There’s a great cafe next door (InCafe) with good coffee and the cheapest happy hour in the city - $6 pints 👍 Overall, I’d recommend this place

Very big hostel, with lots of travellers - so the common areas and the lifts get crowded quickly. Fridges are always overflowing with bags and food. However the overall cleanliness of the hostel is outstanding! Especially the bathrooms and other areas that have lots of foot traffic. Would be great to remind clients, at check in and maybe by using humorous posters- to close doors quietly. My last trip was a 2 weeks stay. Seems like it’s a kind of contest every night or in the early morning to bang doors while the rest of us are sleeping (or trying to!). Staff is nice and helpful, but sometimes look overwhelmed? Would book again, mainly because of the fantastic location.
