This was a great property for our group. We had 3 rooms and staff put us next to one another. We were able to use the expansive common areas to get together. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and rooms are clean. Overall pleasantly surprised.

The overall hotel is nice, clean, and friendly staff. However, the walls are paper thin. Use caution if you plan to stay here during a home Mizzou game, the party really gets going around 2am

The staff at check-in were wonderful, and everyone was friendly. The gym was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location. However, the property is in dire need of deep cleaning and restoration. The hallway carpet leading to our room was faded and worn, with areas having turned black from heavy foot traffic. The ice machine room was dirty, and all common areas appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. We booked a two-room suite, which was spacious, and the bathrooms were in good condition. However, the carpet was filthy, and the furniture was worn and dirty—my socks were stained black from the carpet, and we had to use a sheet to cover the couch stains. While the amenities and location were great, the overall cleanliness and appearance did not justify the $1,000 we spent for the room.

The staff were amazing and did their best to accommodate us with what ever we asked for. But it seems the property hasn’t been renovated since it was build. The room we stayed in has a handicap room with the bathroom fan out and paint on the fire alarm and if you stood at the wrong angle from the toilet your head would hit the counter. It’s a very open design for the conference floor which you have to walk through in order to get to the elevator to go your room
