I just have problems with the food. I also had a problem that we were not informed until we had paid the elevator was out. I come often to this hotel and have paid several different prices over the last 2 years.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! Room was clean, nice furnishings, and beds comfortable. Toilet was leaking at base, safety bar was loose, lighting in bathroom was very dim-not good for makeup application, and only one elevator was working and that elevator was shaky and made a lot of noise!

The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. The first room had period stains on the sheets when I went to reception they changed me to another room when I got to the other room and opened the door the smell was so strong the my daughter who have asthma tolde she couldn’t breathe when I started looking for where the smell was coming from one of the bad was wet and smell very strong of urine, so I went back to reception at the point I want to leave but I not have time to start looking for another hotel and reception told the refund will take 7 to 10 days then she takes me to another room I checked the bed they finally was clean although the rest of the room was lacked cleanliness the only positive thing I can said is that the receptionist were always very friendly

Enjoyed our one-night stay.

For our one night stay, we found our room to be spacious, very clean and comfortable. Even though our room faced a busy highway, we found it to be very quiet and the bed very comfortable.

I checked in the room and had to leave back out for work I returned back to the hotel around 12am I noticed the sheets were nasty I went down stairs to the front desk no one was present so I removed the sheets and went to bed every towel in the bathroom was dirty I called the front and asked for the corporate number and the lady at the front desk said they didn’t have a corporate number my stay was horrible that I had to wait until Monday to talk to someone
