Hotel no frills or help. Find it yourself.
We booked a room advertised to have two queens with a sofa bed. When we arrived the hotel told us that no such room exist at this establishment. We have very upset. Also I ask for map of premises and hours of amenities but was told they had no such lists?? We were not given hours of pool, breakfast or WiFi passcode. When we called the front desk no one answered all night. There was an abundance of trash in the parking lot and in the elevators. Trash still in elevators the next day?

I can not believe how unprofessional our stay at this location was. My husband and I were staying on a MONDAY NIGHT, trying to rest before a long drive home. We heard lots of noise from the upstairs guest. Such as dragging furniture, screaming out there window and so forth. We waited till 10pm to ask the front desk to call and give a warning to keep the noise down. By the 3rd attempt going to the front desk in person around 1am or so we were told they were asked to leave. By 3am we continued to hear loud noise and music and when my husband went down, we were told by the new receptionist who had a shift change that no one had check out of that room and she had no control or understanding of the situation. The incompetence was astounding all the way to the top. I paid to be there just like every other guest and allowing hotel party’s after guest repeatedly complain on a MONDAY is unacceptable. Basically all I get is a sorry and shrug from management. Don’t stay here or waste your money.

Great location in proximity of shopping areas. Hotel itself was nice and quiet but slow in getting repairs done. I had an issue with my bathroom sink being clogged. I left my room around 7:30am and when I returned around 2pm maintenance was still working on it. I was looking to coming back and taking a quick nap before heading out that evening. Although I was given another room, the transition made it impossible to try and get a good nap in.

Best hotel in the area, but…
The Hampton is always a go to hotel when in the Pittsburgh Antioch Concord area. It’s always clean. Staff is always friendly and they have a good breakfast. Bad thing about it is there are no restaurants around. Unfortunately, on this trip. there must’ve been a little girls soccer tournament around as there were a lot of little kids running around in the room up above us and next to us. Noise all night long banging and running did not get a good nights sleep there. I know this isn’t the Hotels fault but I certainly hope that when they know a group is coming in with kids that they warn them about their behavior.
