Very clean and safe budget hotel
This is a budget hotel but it was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and safe. The location is very convenient as it's a short train ride from the airport and the hotel is about a block away from the train station, which connects you to Copenhagen as well.

Nice hotel in good location
The hotel was nice and the location near the metro was very convenient. The room was large and clean. But, it got very hot and there was no A/C. We needed to open the window to help with the heat but the street noise from loud traffic was unbearable. So we had to choose between not sleeping from the heat and no air or not sleeping from the street noise. It's not the fault of the hotel - but I guess A/C would be great - or at least a fan to get some air circulation.

I stayed here for seven days. That is very long and this hotel is not meant for that. Considering the price, everything is very basic. Room is OK for one person but small for two. Bed is comfortable. No cupboard. Bathroom is small but I could manage. Linens were replaced periodically but floor not cleaned. Breakfast spread was adequate but did not change. If you are late you might have to do without eggs and some other items. Front desk was mostly responsive and helpful. But couple of them were rather to the point and curt. But that is OK. Adjacent to Tanrby station. Big plus. But will look for other options at the same price. After staying for seven days, hotel charged me 50 DKK for cloak room for couple of hours. Never had such before. But its OK :)

The staff was horribly rude. Every other place we visited around Europe was friendly and accepting of us as Americans. This motel was ridiculously small over priced inconvenient they wouldn’t even allow our credit cards to be used there, good thing we booked through Expedia. I’m glad we only stayed there one night out of a two week vacation. That place would have ruined it all!
