Best price, easy check in, helpful nice staff, easy parking, clean bathroom, hot water. Kinda loud but effective airconditioner. One bedspread had a faint but dinner plate size stain-but sheets and towels were clean. Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but we were only there for 2nights to attend a lacrosse tournament at Farmingdale state college which was only 15 min away. We didn't hang out in the hotel, just used it for sleeping and it was considerably cheaper than marriot/hilton options that tournament offerred. Could use updated drapes but we would stay again.

The facility does not have an ice machine nor did they provide extra towels, or rags...I would never recommend this facility to anyone...There was hardly any staff on site. The t.v. remote didn't work either...It was for one night & it wasn't too pricey, so I guess, you get what you pay for!

On night 1 I was given a room for one night then I would have to change , at no fault of my own because of a mix up in the reservations . The customer be fore me was also having an issue. 1st night not bad room a little dirty looking , I cleaned and sprayed . I had extra pillowcase from home a top sheet as well. The next morning I have an important event I need to be at , I get ready and leave out. My phone starts ringing and I also get a email, I need to come back and switch out rooms because they have a reservation for the one I'm in . The 1st of many inconveniences. I returned the call and tell them I'll be back in an hour. I get back ask for the same room I tell them this is an inconvenience, I'm here from out of town,, I always use this hotel when I come in to this part of town . Before they was the Days Inn. Never an issue. I go back to the room rushing , moving items to and from the 2 rooms in the middle of this I drop my ring. Once we finished moving in and double checking ensuring everything was ok . I noticed my ring not with the other jewlery. I call the front desk and explain what happened. Nothing no concern or interest of my issues. The room terrible. The filth I had to wipe off everything,the closet door off the track. The AC was barely working very hot for over and hour before it cooled off. The safety lock was broken off the door I had to push the dresser up against the door for safety. Never again . Me nor any of my family members. I have a video too.

unfortunately in my room the lock has been very loose and anyone could’ve breaked in. it was very noisy all night, loud music and a strong cigarette smell. people banging doors all night as well.

Despite having booked a non-smoking room and being told by the check-in person that we could not smoke in the room, our room stunk of cigarette smoke. Our clothes smelled like it the next day, too. The floor was sticky, and I’d prefer not to know why. The room appeared clean and we stayed because we had to get sleep. But I was not happy with the condition of the room.

Stayed here for St. Patty's, was a comfortable time. Room faced away from nearby streets, so noise wasn't an issue. They were prompt with cleaning up the room, never had to worry. Points off here for lackluster breakfast offering (though I wasn't expecting much) and outlets being out of the way (stuck behind dressers, or just in corners of the room). Also, very comfortable bed, loved that

I can hear my neighbors talk and their tv as well. Both very loud. I could smell p.o.t. coming from the adjacent rooms. Not recommended in any way. Unless you don't mind loud noises.They didn't have a different room when I requested a change.
