Relax & enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the magnificent sunrises, listening to the surf below & watching flights of pelicans go by.

With wooden plank style tile throughout & sophisticated coastal décor, this completely renovated condo will meet all your vacation needs. The living room has 2 comfortable recliners and a queen size sofa bed. A 46 inch flat-screen TV with AppleTV is provided for entertainment. There are solar shades to dim the bright morning sun when needed.

The dining area has a counter-height table with 6 comfortable chairs for a better view of the water. The capiz shell chandelier adds coastal charm. Custom mirrors line one wall providing a gorgeous panoramic gulf view for everyone to enjoy.


The kitchen has been totally renovated with quartz counter tops, new cabinetry & marble tile backsplash. Three bar stools add extra seating. State-of-the-art appliances (including both drip and Kuerig coffee systems) will meet all your cooking needs. A complementary bottle of wine will be waiting for you there.

Beautiful!!
My husband and I travel to Port Aransas 3 to 4 times every Summer. Honestly we usually stay at Seashell Village but we wanted to try SandPiper. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again in the same room if it was available.
