This hotel chain has always been one of our favorites. The room is very clean, bed is very comfy, bathroom is super clean! The front desk staff is friendly. They have a bathtub-shower combo which is our first priority to look for in a hotel. They even provide dental kit and other personal items upon request. And they have room service too.

Floors are poorly constructed. Walking on bedroom floor creates squeaky noises. We could hear the people above us very early on the morning as they walked about their room. Our room floor squeaked as well.

Had a fun Western decor. Property is in a small town and in need of updates. But there is not much soundproofing in the walls and ceiling so that would be hard to fix.

My daughter and I relocated from our original hotel because where we were was loud and the pool looked ready for Halloween. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool, hot tub and breakfast. Pool and hot tub are closed. My daughter and I are so bummed. This should have been made clear before payment. Other than this staff and hotel were lovely and it was peacefully quiet at night.

EV charging is a serious problem in the area. The hotel doesn't have an on site charger like many hotels. The town in general is not EV friendly. Not 1 fast charger in the whole town. Very few slow chargers and the closest one to the hotel is almost a mile away. Not acceptable for a town that survives on tourism.
