Check in process took 30 min. My room smelled like cigarettes. We were locked out because the door battery died so we had to wait another 30 min for a tech to let us in. We had a room with a balcony but because I requested a new room due to the cigarette smell, we lost the balcony. The new room was a bit dirty. Dirty linens with dead bugs, dirty bathroom, missing lotion dispenser, not enough towels for 2 people to take 1 shower (we only had 1 bath towel). The walls are thin. The toilet was running water all night. There was no parking available at all which was absurd because it’s a parking structure. Maybe it’s a tactic to get you to valet for $60... Near SouthCoast Plaza & SNA. Housekeeping staff was very friendly though I think my room was dirty from the lack of use. Dusty & dead bugs make sense for that. Not a busy hotel. Cool elevator in lobby but no water available in the lobby either was weird they usually have complementary serve stations. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was friendly and great at their work, but the parking is terrible, parking is so limited at a certain time it was frustrating and not only there’s limited parking, the cost of daily parking is absurd and way overpriced!!! Smh not good. The room was spacious but needs a lot work and needs renovation, the upside is the staff they are great

TERRIBLE
Hotel was dirty and had a terrible musty smell. The hotel room was so full of dust my throat became sore. We checked out and went to a new hotel 2 hours after we checked-in to our weekend stay. Please save yourself money and do not stay here. Too bad we cannot be refunded due to booking on hotels.col and trip insurance being a scam.
