The air conditioner was very loud. It would rattle when on. The driveway entrances are not smooth. You had to drive very slow when entering to avoid damaging your vehicle.

Customer service was great. The Ladies were really helpful and nice. Only thing is this property is very old and room needs a lot of updates. The smell coming in also bothered us and had we had to go buy air fresheners. You can tell our room had a water issue before because ceiling had water stains from leaks in guessing. Over all it was okay.

The Staff is Great! It's the property that needs attention -- old stinky carpeting int he room, bathtub fixtures broken but functional. Property could use a new paint job in the rooms. Light fixtures are old especially in the bathroom where you take a show. Carpets need to be replaced...there is only so much carpet powder that is effective but after a day or so...the stinky carpet is back.
