Very nice upmarket pub good food and atmosphere accommodation cosy and clean but very out dated bathroom 60's style could do with a little kitchen net has kettle in need of plats cluttering toaster for longer stays overall not bad

Nice bed, but no air conditioning. wardrobe, powerpoints by bed or iron and ironing board. very outdated bathroom with peeling paint and rusted pipes with no room to put toiletries. It was a very hot day/night and very uncomfortable trying to sleep with no air con. Should be mandatory to have air conditioning in a hotel room I would have thought.

Not Clean Shower was very dirty Toilet was not cleaned properly and I had to clean it myself Fridge did not work sufficiently - food was not cold Rear sliding door lock did not work - unable to lock door Room was not ready at 2pm check in time- 2hours late Staff were VERY pleasant and happy to help in any way possible

This property is advertised as being for families yet it’s unsafe as the indoor door lock doesn’t lock properly and my 3 year old kept running out onto a busy carpark! Would not recommend. When I tried to resolve this with the hotel staff I was dismissed.

We were expecting the place to be well kept which it wasnt. There were some parts of the house which were not clean. Also, the dryer did not work properly. The utensils were not kept clean and we had to wash them before using The AC in one of the bedrooms was not working properly. Overall ww are not impressed

It took my husband ages to work out how to get the heater control to work. I would have just got someone to come and sort it! The room was short of powerpoints next to the bed for phone charging. Next time we will be more prepared. Loved that we could buy food from the pub and take it back to our hotel room. The food was also top class! It was well situated to Thompson Avenue and had a great outlook over the water. We were there on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly quiet. It was certainly value for money and we will certainly be back!
