My room was on the first floor facing the busy road and adjacent to the parking. People were in and out of their cars and it was noisy. The AC unit in my room didn’t seem to work, it was extremely loud and did not cool the room off. I couldn’t even open the window to let cool air in as I was on the ground floor and I didn’t feel safe with the parking lot right there and people around all night. Also, the pillows on the bed are really small and the wall paper is peeling in the rooms. This is the third time I have stayed here, but I will not stay here again. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good.

Days Inn Cranbrook a decent deal!
Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was busy but is was quiet at night. The beds are very comfortable, I was impressed. The pillows are not for me though, shredded foam type material. Why is this popular with hotels? They are not good for sleeping! Breakfast was included. Pretty standard fare, but nice to have something to eat in the morning. All the staff were friendly and easy to deal with.

Our room was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned properly!! Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, shower head had no pressure and was only 5ft up the wall. Bloody bandaid on floor, of hotel room, along with pieces of dried food. Towels were thin you could see your hand through them. No heat in the room. When you went to turn the thermostat up it would blow cold air. Room cost is way too expensive for this hotel.

Golf trip with friends. New owners have stepped up the breakfast buffet, it was very good. Pool deck maintenance and upkeep noticed. Great handyman on site for repairs and teaching staff . We have been coming here for years for our golf trips.

First off was just finding the place. It's not marked well and the entrance is very hard to find. Parking is limited with access for motorcycles poor. The lobby staff were good. Our room was typical hotel with minimal amenities. The hair dryer kept cycling off and triggering the circuit breaker on the plug which was a pain. Dining options were within walking distance but limited. In all probability I would look elsewhere for lodging when I return to the area.

Only a one night stay so we weren’t too fussy. Our stay was ok. Toilet was not very good. Had a queen bed for the two of us and only 3 pillows. The place was a little dusty.
