Some of the best service I have had in the UK. Every member of the team was attentive and polite. From the moment walked in we were greeted by every single team member with a big smile, like they were genuinely happy we were staying at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of parking hotel was clean and looked nice. Faultless but the staff was really impressive, made the stay a pleasure. Stayed here a number of times over the years. The hotel food is still too expensive for what it is in my opinion, and the menu is not exciting and has not changed over the years. The room i was allocated this time was older and I requested a swap which was honoured, but generally the rooms need a fresher look and furniture replacement. The gym , changing rooms and pool area needs some modernisation. Lockers have been broke for years. A sauna would be a nice touch. I like the hotel location for work and generally the hotel is good but I think it needs a refresh and update in certain areas.
