It was a really great hotel. Lovely Reception area. I checked in at 1am and Brijesh was on duty, He was amazing and definitely get 5 Stars from me. Facilities were great. Had a fridge and a microwave and a lovely lounge area in the room. Tea making facilities were great. Parking facilities were great too. Breakfast was superb. I always love a hotel that offers fried eggs (not just scrambled) and fresh fruits and fresh pastries.

We stayed 2 nights as was my wife's birthday but also, because my daughter had a swimming gala om Sunday morning nearby, so we thought to stay out for the weekend. Overall was good, although i couldn't remember anywhere during my booking process that the car park would have a charge £10 per day, cannot remember any hotel i stayed that as a guest i needed to pay for parking. I asked for some flowers and a birthday card in the room on arrival. But i have to say, that the gentleman checking us in, was excellent, super friendly and very knowledged. It was there with some extra treats and balloons, very nice touch. Room was perfect, although the AC noise was very strong. The pool was great. Breakast was as expected. As we needed to leave 7am on Sunday due to the gala, during check in, i was told that Sunday breakfast would have opened at 7am, but they could prep for us take away breakfast bag, so on Saturday, i asked at the reception if i could book this. This lady at the reception sounded very stressed and a bit aggressive, maybe for the previous conversation, but when i asked, she said why dont come 6.30 for breakfast, and i said, pointing with my face to the gentleman that initially checked me in, i thought is 7am opening, he stepped in saying to her that was Sunday tomorrow so was 7am. She totally changed her tone, getting super friendly too, was very odd, she took our breakfast bag reservation and i left. Check out was fine.
