Staff were always friendly and welcoming, rooms were pretty clean. A/C was very loud and sink kept backing up water but otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot!

I really liked how clean the property was. The lounge/dining areas were nice. The elevators were clean. And the rooms itself were also really like. I think the only issue I had was that during our stay, unfortunately water did shut off twice, and only one of the incidents were informed beforehand. Otherwise, I really did like this place.

The front desk is understaffed; in fact if somebody is even there. Maid service while stated was every other day did the worst job I have ever seen. They didn't even make the bed. The tap water stunk like sulfer so other than bathing was unusable. And the gym is small and the few machines they have are clearly never maintained. It was tjhe cheapest price for the time period and area but I will never ever go back there.

Everything was really nice. Staff was super friendly & very accommodating. Brought us an air mattress & sheets as requested. The only minor complaint I might have, would be that the coffee in the rooms is really bad… other than that, everything was great!
