Bad hotel for transfer at DFW
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked it for the night of Jan 9th for transfer at DFW airport. Because of the big snow on Jan 9th, my international flight was forced to land at Phoenix instead of Dallas. I contacted Hotel.com right away and the agent was very nice, she tried to help me to get a full refund but was refused by the hotel. I then called the hotel and was told that I can get partial refund if I provide the proofs of my flight status. I did so following the instruction but then still got the email from the hotel saying I have paid in full and they will not give my money back. I would not expect a good hotel would take advantage of guests’ stress. This hotel should be removed from the list of hotel.com!!!
