Clean and friendly hotel service. A/C unit in room was very noisy, hair dryer was broken and shower floor creaked loudly. Bed was on the hard side. Location is great

The hotel itself was clean, staff friendly, beds comfortable - the floor in our room was wavy...that is the best way to describe it. It would slope up and down in the limited walking area of the room, so it's weird it was that noticeable.
