From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the service was impeccable. The food options were great and we really enjoyed having a drink in the bar lobby area. Unfortunately, the pool was too crowded to use at any point so I can't really review that. But we enjoyed spending some time at the museums and hanging out in our room and admiring the view. We will definitely be back.

It was cool. Stayed here for a sorority conference so being next to the convention center was a huge perk. The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. I complained about my dirty floor in the hotel room and heard from housekeeping right away! But I didn’t really see them clean anything. HATE that you have to pay for WiFi. Like dude really?! At least jack up the price of the room so it’s included. So tacky considering how overpriced this hotel was. The hotels restaurants were actually really good! The food was great!

Not our typical stay at Omni’s. This hotel should learn from Firsco Omni. The floors on the 17th floor were disgustingly dirty. The bathroom floor was horrible and the bathroom door knob fell off. Front desk didn’t seem to mind to much while telling them of the issues. Definitely not a 4 star accommodation. Do better Omni.
