The staff was very accommodating. On the first night, my room had no hot water. The staff worked expediently to move me to another room which was upgraded to a corner suite. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and remembered me throughout the 4 days I was a guest...I felt very special!

What a beautiful property, the view from the 28th floor was so gorgeous.. the canal walkway was beautiful too.. if you’re on the fence and want a clean tranquil place that’s still convenient to amenities and close to the airport (so short there was basically no traffic) then this is it.

The hotel was nice, check-in was great and the room was comfortable. I had a package delivered to the hotel in advance for the conference I was attending. I called the front desk twice to check on it. Was hung up on the first time, called back and front desk clerk told me they were checking and would call me back in a few minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went down to the desk with my tracking information. Was referred to Brittany who seemed really put off and irritated. I explained I was waiting 30 minutes for the status on my package. She couldn't care less and was really rude. I told her I had the tracking # to help her and she didn't want to write it down. I insisted that it would help as it also included who signed for the package. She reluctantly wrote it down. I asked when I could expect the package and told her I needed it at the conference registration as soon as possible. Never received it. Went back to the desk again, and got the same attitude. Never did get the package during my stay and no one seemed concerned. I've NEVER had this happen at a hotel, especially an Omni.

Unfortunately our experience in the room was not Omni standard. Bed was squeaky, pillows felt knotted, water took 45 min to warm up. View was great, but I felt it was sub par to the Omni experiences I've had previously. Overall, disappointed.

Nice hotel but I had to pay for parking which used to be free and also had to pay for wi-fi which also used to be free

All was good but you have to pay for WiFi in your room!!!! I’ve travelled a lot and haven’t had to pay for internet for over a decade, couldn’t believe it!!
