Check in was fine. The daily breakfast has adequate options ( just check the temperature before eating eggs were cold). The indoor pool is a great addition if you can stand the massive amount of chlorine in the pool & the space it is very loud. Tried the gym also none of the equipment worked ( the employee did attempt to see if he could fix the treadmill) no success. My room was decent I did my own cleaning once I discovered hair from prior guest. Overall my stay was average.. seems this hotel is trying to keep standards up it’s just not enough.

The property was a little older looking, but was wonderful for what I was wanting. I was looking for a room with a jetted tube, and I loved the one they had to offer. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Not impressed with the breakfast, but it was a normal breakfast like every other hotel. The hot tune was big and the pool area looked clean. I did not use it, but it looked nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable for my taste. But everyone has their own opinions on that. If you are wanting to get away for peace and quit and relax, it's a good place.

I'll start with the positives. The front desk staff person was friendly and helpful. However there were many reasons I can't give my 2 stays in this hotel a higher rating. I booked a king suite for both my outbound and inbound trips. On my first stay, I found 2 of the dresser drawers were broken. In another dresser drawer I found what appeared to be a handful of moldy dry cereal. I got the same room on my inbound trip 4 days later and the cereal was still in the drawer. Several lightbulbs were out including one of the bedside lights. I could not stop the fan from blowing from the bedroom wall unit even when I turned off the AC from the wall control. Worst of all - the airport shuttle has very a limited schedule. When I called the hotel at 3 pm to request a pickup, I was told I would have to wait until 5 pm when shuttle service began. I took an Uber ($13). There is nothing close to the hotel - no restaurants or convenience stores in walking distance. I also saw some sketchy looking folks lingering outside the entrance when I arrived. I won't stay here again.

Great place to stay
Everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, hotel was quiet. We had an early flight the next morning so didn’t get to stay for breakfast. Price was excellent. We’ve stayed here several times and always had a great experience.

Customer service was really good. The gentleman that checked us in last night was really kind. The only issue we had was that our bathtub wouldn’t drain at all. I let the front desk know this morning after we showered and the gentleman didn’t really seem to care. The only other thing that was upsetting was not knowing that there would be an additional $75 deposit needed by the hotel because I booked through a 3rd party.

The staff was not friendly at all. When we got to our room, we had to put medication in the refrigerator, but it was not plugged in and took a while to cool. The desk chair was broken and my son almost fell sitting in it. There was food or blood that was dried up, dripping down one of the door frames. The pool was freezing cold as well as the hot tub. Definitely don’t recommend.

Went to hotel shuttle area at airport. After 20 minutes with no shuttle I called the hotel and asked how often the shuttle comes. Was told every 30 minutes. 20 minutes later still no shuttle. Called back. Same person answered and said oh, I didn’t realize you were already at the airport. I said that he told me shuttle comes every thirty minutes. He said, yes but you have to call to let us know you’re there. (Nothing in the email I received from the hotel about check-in mentioned this). He said he was sending shuttle. He called me back ten minutes later again wanting to confirm that I was already at the airport. Overall took an hour total. Neither the driver nor the check-in staff who I had just spoken with on the phone apologized for the delay.
