Room was described as "Non-Smoking", walked in and it smelled like a big cigarette ash tray. Ceiling looked like it had black mold on it and looked as if it was covered up in paint. Nosey people really no seclusion. Room had only 1 "ONE" towel and 1 wash cloth. Had to go to service desk in order to get more. My only Pro was the lady at front desk was very polite and very customer driven.

I came into town from camping for supplies, a hot shower or two, and laundry. All of which this hotel advertised it had. my camp shower bag has better water pressure. There are no towels or washcloths. I was given a story about them trying to borrow them which never happened. The laundry facilities are broken. I was given no discount for any of this. Yet charged $100 deposit in peace of damages. I reported the door jam is busted. The sink is busted. The air conditioner is busted. The room stunk so bad like mold I could hardly breathe. I’m thoroughly and totally disgusted with Expedia and will never book another room without viewing it first. I highly recommend any consumer do the same. No towels no washcloths. That’s a first. I deserve a total refund. I don’t normally leave bad reviews. However, not even having a towel or a washcloth. Deserves lots of bad reviews. That’s a minimal to stay at a hotel.

My stay 3/23-3/25
Check in went smoothly and staff very friendly. Kind of downhill after that. Only 1 each of washcloth, hand and bath towels. We I asked for 1 more set since there were 2 of us, I was told they only put 1 set in. No trash cans in room. No cups, coffee maker. Realized late on my second night that door didn't actually lock. Someone tried to open the door and succeeded. Thank God I had the safety latch thrown. Will not stay again and wouldn't recommend.

The room very unsafe wall outlets was exposed floor panels coming up bed linen dirty bathroom dirty you can push the room door open with a card and your hands it was a mess no towels was offered a bath mat to dry myself in a frequent Wyndham brand traveler and those standards were not met there are so many bad reviews of this hotel I should of did my research better

Door was broken and didn't lock, had to ask for soap and toilet paper and the remote for the tv. room was filthy and had marks all over the walls and floor. Bathroom fan didn't work. Put furniture in front of the door to prevent a break in.

The sink electrical outlet didn’t work. There were no cups for the sink There were no bedside lights There was a wire coming out of the bathroom wall, just hanging there! There was no hairdryer The entrance door safety latch was broken The electrical outlet that was available from the desk between the beds had two outlets. Only one worked. I brought my own hairdryer, yet it didn’t work on that outlet. I had to use the outlet where the only room light was plugged in, a standing light. That light didn’t turn on when I opened the entry door. This room was a fire hazard and should not have been rented.

This was the worst vacation I ever had. Rooms were so dirty that I had to go buy cleaning supplies and take care of my room every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We killed a roach big enough to carry us away. Heartbreaking to know I spent almost $1,000 for this week of stay.

Our stay was not good, the room they gave us has no curtain up to the window. There was no lamp or nightstand in the room. The television did not work well, they one supplied us with one towel and when we asked for more we were told they did not have any, So I had to spend money to purchase towels for us to shower, Anytime we left the room and came back our key did not work, we had to keep going up front to re-key the key and last the door would not look properly.

Tile floor was wet , air conditioner leaked water, toilet wouldn’t flush . There was 1 towel and no washcloths and there were 2 of us. There was a huge crack in the mirror that went the whole length of the mirror, the ac made Louis buzzing noises every few minutes . It was the worst too I’ve ever stayed in. There wasn’t even a chair in the room. Just a bed. And I paid over $300 for one night. They don’t even have coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was awful. I asked for more towels and there were none . I was told the person that works in laundry doesn’t come in until 10. Well , checkout is at 11. I can’t think of one good thing to say .

Price wise for bike week it was okay and in a great location to visit Destination Daytona. Location is a short drive to the other activites. The room was dirty. We removed out boots as soon as we got there, as it had been a wet ride. And our socks were black by time we reached the bathroom. The bedding was clean but had cigarette burns in the top blanket. There were brackets hanging on the walls and holes where pictures used to be. There was one, holey rolling chair in the room, no other seating. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly which was nice. And while I95 is right there, the building does block alot of the noise. The "breakfast" was cereal, juice, apples and yogurt. Coffee was available in the lobby from 6:30-9:30, no coffee maker in the room (they did not advertise there was, this point is just a heads up). Honestly, for the price and location, we may concider staying here again, I'll just pack some cleaning supplies.
