Our stay was amazing. We ordered room service and Sarah was so nice and accommodating. Our steak from the restaurant was overcooked and she kindly offered to replace it with no hesitation and a great attitude. She is the example of quality customer service. The only caveat about our stay was the parking garage being across the street. Paying for self parking and it not being attached to the property was unexpected, however the walk wasn’t far. Overall we had a great experience and would return in the warmer seasons to enjoy all of the amenities available at the resort.
