Hot tub always broke, they where having repairs done and nobody gave us a heads up that thier would be strangers be lowered down by rope on to our balcony at 8:30 am. What a surprise! What if we were changing or what ever!

As per other reviews, the hotel was a bit dated but clean. Easy access to the beach and pool was clean. Restaurant staff were fabulous and very helpful. We opted for the free breakfast package but it’s not value for money so I don’t recommend it. Front desk staff seemed frustrated with simple questions or requests and they react accordingly.

The property is dingy and smells like mildew. We ended up going to the store and buying blankets so we didn’t have to sleep under the bedding. We took the stairs to our 7th floor room because we didn’t trust the elevator. It started to move with the door open. There is more but the bottom line is we would never stay here again.

Other than the parking lot that shines from the lot towards the beach this would be perfect place. werid that a parking lot is in front of the beach kind of annoying to want to watch the sunrise and see a parking lot shine into your room. pick a room not by the parking lot.

The stay was fine but I had to pay some 156$ fee I didn’t know about and there was no parking for my trailer and it cost an extra 135$ to park on a trailer lot!

Very good hotel if you would like to stay on the hotel and have everything taken care of. A nice bar with indoor seating and restaurant patio with outdoor seating, decent food options. Decent sized pool and kiddy pool area, also a game and arts and crafts area for kids. The staff all around is very nice and accomodating. Parking here is not fun, if you get one of the few normal parking spaces you should be fine, but if not you have to drive very carefully within the covered area with lot of cement poles and tight spaces. Otherwise you have to park across the street. There are 2 elevators total (not close to each other) that are very slow and there is a lot of traffic coming up and down. Be prepared to wait up to 5 minutes sometimes for an elevator. But overall a very nice stay and extra if you have kids, they will enjoy.
