Lovely hotel not the best service.

We had 3weeks travelling India & this was our last two nights stay. The most expensive hotel room, but we knew we would be using more of the hotels facilities. However the Italian restaurant was nice service ok but not like other hotels. The spice room was disappointing. All wine choices in both restaurants & both bars the same!!! My breakfast table was dirty this morning.

Great hotel Service friendly and of a high standard Really enjoyed pool area even though weather a little chilly. Pool was heated though. Good gym. I was given a room on the ground floor right next to a wedding which was not ideal. I was not told about the amenities and had to ask for more information, it just did not feel very welcoming. I had an issue with the bathtub where the water did not drain at all. I informed them after day 1 but the issue was not rectified. I informed them on day 2 and the compensation they offered for the inconvenience of showering in my own filth was to take 1500 rupees off the final bill for a room service charge. I expect better from a hotel charging 400 USD a night.
